Help Create a Community Mural That Celebrates Our Stories

Are you a young person with disability aged 15 to 25? We would love you to be part of a creative workshop to help shape the design of a new community mural.

With support from our amazing artist Sarah, participants will share ideas, stories, experiences and creative inspiration that will help guide the final mural design. This artwork will celebrate the diversity, strengths and voices of young people with disability in our community.

There are two workshop dates available, but you only need to attend one for your story and ideas to be included in the design process. We will then meet again at a later date to begin painting the mural together.

You do not need to be an artist, and you do not need to have ever picked up a paintbrush before. This workshop is about sharing your story, your ideas and what community means to you.

Whether you love art, have a big imagination, enjoy storytelling, or just want to be part of something meaningful, this is a welcoming and supportive space for you.

Come along, have your say, meet other young people, and help create a mural that reflects the people, stories and diversity that make our community special.
