Join Advocacy WA for a relaxed community morning tea at Koolambidi Woola, Bunbury Youth Precinct, where our advocates and community lawyer will be there to listen, support, and talk with you about your rights and options in plain language.
Whether your questions are about the NDIS, Disability Support Pension, guardianship, or something else entirely, this is a safe, welcoming space to ask, learn, and feel supported.
Do I need to book?
No. There is no need to book. You can simply drop in on the day.
Who is this for?
This morning tea is for people with disability, family members, carers, and anyone supporting someone with disability who wants to talk about rights, supports, or options.
What can I ask about?
You can ask about the NDIS, Disability Support Pension, guardianship, advocacy support, or any other issue you are unsure about. If we are not the right service for your question, we can help point you in the right direction.
Will I be able to speak to an advocate one to one?
Yes. Advocates and a community lawyer will be available to listen and chat with you in a relaxed, informal way.
Is there a cost to attend?
No. This event is free, and morning tea will be provided.
Can I bring a support person, friend, or family member?
Yes. You are very welcome to bring someone along with you.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes. Koolambidi Woola at the Bunbury Youth Precinct is an accessible venue. If you have specific access needs, please reach out and we will do our best to support you.
What time should I arrive?
The event starts at 10.00 AM. You can arrive at any time and stay for as long or as little as you like.
